Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@hughaus.com and we will send you the return instructions for your country.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, shower caps that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.
